Bill No. 19060/2024, presented by Councillor Maikon Costa (PL), proposes awarding the Virgílio Várzea Medal and Diploma of Merit to Clemar Engenharia Ltda., recognizing its 53-year history of excellence in engineering, with headquarters in Florianópolis. Founded in 1970 by Carlos Martignago Neto and Carlos Alfredo Clezar, the company initially stood out in the air conditioning sector and has since expanded its operations into areas such as telecommunications, defense and security, and data center infrastructure. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, Clemar has international certifications and an effective environmental management system. The project aims to pay tribute to the company's contribution to the development of the municipality, in accordance with the rules of procedure. The law will come into force on the date of its publication.
