BNDES Invests R$15.6 Million to Boost 5G Innovation and Infrastructure in Brazil

The BNDES has approved financing of R$15.6 million for Clemar Engenharia, aimed at expanding 5G mobile networks in Brazil, using Funttel resources. This financial support will allow the company to develop technological solutions, such as poles and underground boxes, to expand the 5G infrastructure and reduce the visual impact of the antennas. The initiative is in line with New Industry Brazil and aims to foster innovation in the telecommunications sector, boosting the generation of skilled jobs. The investments could result in new patent applications and solutions that minimize input consumption and safety risks. Clemar, founded in 1970, is headquartered in Florianópolis and has branches all over the country, operating in various sectors, including telecommunications, defense and security.
