In addition, we adjust our design according to the needs and requirements of the materials. They can be finished in steel or aluminum sheets, with various thicknesses, from 0.65mm to 4.75mm thick, with different thermal insulations (polyurethane, polyisocyanurate, rock wool, etc.).

Constructive flexibility
Unlike a shipping container, with the Shelter Clemar it is possible to adjust the length, width and height measurements as required. In addition, it can be manufactured to different technical specifications using steel or aluminum sheets of different thicknesses.
Manufacturing speed
Because it is made from modular parts, it can be built quickly, allowing for a significant reduction in delivery times compared to ordinary masonry construction. This enables Clemar to supply a greater number of units per month.
Safety and security
Shelter Clemar is resistant to impacts and attempted break-ins. It has various structural reinforcement features, as well as reinforced doors with multi-locks and encapsulated padlocks. It is also watertight against rain and can be installed in the weather.
Thermal and acoustic insulation
Shelter Clemar has a thermal and acoustic coating on its walls and ceiling, which can be polyurethane, polyisocyanurate or rock wool. This prevents the entry of external heat, increasing energy efficiency with the use of air conditioners.
Hard-to-reach places
The Clemar Shelter can be fully assembled in the factory and transported assembled, for widths of up to 3.20 meters. For widths greater than this, with lengths of more than 12 meters, the Shelter can be built and assembled entirely in the field. This is also possible for hard-to-reach locations where it is not possible to reach with the Shelter mounted on the truck.
