In a corporate scenario where the speed of change tests all professionals daily, building a solid, consistent, and lasting career in the same company is a rare feat of inestimable value. On May 19, 2026, Clemar Engenharia experienced an extraordinary moment: we celebrated the milestone of 50 years of history, commitment, and contribution from Mr. Rubens Marcilio Bittencourt, affectionately known to all of us as Rubinho.

More than time, Rubinho has a legacy that crosses generations. Completing five decades at the company is a mark that represents resilience, continuous adaptation, loyalty, and an unquestionable professional legacy. Rubinho watched Clemar grow, transform, and face the most diverse market challenges, always being a fundamental piece in helping to build, strengthen, and drive our company forward.

Throughout this memorable journey, his contribution went beyond technical deliveries. There were years of daily examples, shared learning, and a silent but powerful influence that shaped teams, trained new professionals, and helped solidify our organizational culture.

Such grand stories cannot (and should not) go unnoticed. As a token of recognition and deep gratitude, the Clemar team prepared a special tribute to mark this date. During the celebration, Mr. Rubens was presented with a custom-made symbol of appreciation: a 3D figure with his caricature. This piece was designed to represent, in a unique and personalized way, the importance of his trajectory and the affection that all his colleagues have for him. It is a simple gesture, but loaded with meaning and respect.

At Clemar, we know that engineering builds infrastructure, but it is people who build the company. Celebrating Rubinho's 50 years is celebrating much more than time at the company; it is celebrating a lifetime of dedication that blends with our very essence.

To our dear Rubinho, we leave our most sincere thanks. May your example continue to inspire us all, today and always!
