Cooperation agreement unites technological innovation with people development and the strengthening of technical education in Santa Catarina.
On April 17th, an important step was taken in Clemar Engenharia's journey towards digital transformation. At a meeting held at the São José Campus of the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFSC), representatives from the company and the institution formalized a cooperation agreement uniting both sides around a common goal: innovation.
The meeting was attended by the Campus Directorate, the Refrigeration and Extension and External Relations Coordination offices, professors from the technical area, and Clemar representatives Nilciano Beppler (Vertical O&M Manager) and Marcelo Henrique Bruch (Industrial, Operational and Quality Director).
This partnership opens avenues for Clemar Engenharia to train its employees in Artificial Intelligence, preparing teams to operate with greater intelligence, agility, and competitiveness in an increasingly technological market.
In return, Clemar Engenharia donated Meta Quest 3 virtual reality glasses, state-of-the-art equipment that will form the basis of the new Virtual Reality Laboratory in the Refrigeration Area of the São José Campus.
This laboratory will allow students to learn in simulated and immersive environments — practicing complex technical procedures safely and accurately, even before handling real equipment.
Why this matters
We believe that technological development does not happen in isolation. It requires partnership between those who produce knowledge and those who apply it. This cooperation with IFSC is a concrete example of Clemar Engenharia's commitment to innovation — not only within our company, but in the ecosystem of which we are a part.
We are just getting started.
