The efficiency of the Brazilian poultry sector—one of the most competitive in the world—depends directly on the adoption of new technologies and highly specialized infrastructure. To closely monitor these transformations and align our solutions with market demands, Clemar's RPE Business Vertical Management attended IncubaFORUM Brasil 2026.
Held on May 27 and 28 in the city of Maringá (PR), the event brought together the main experts and companies in the production chain to debate the technological future of the incubation sector. During the immersion in the forum, it became evident that market demands for the construction and modernization of hatcheries are increasingly high. Given the debates and presentations, two points stood out as the essential pillars for the success of future operations:
Climatization and Strict Humidity Control: Environmental precision is the factor that dictates quality and hatch rates. Efficient thermal engineering systems are fundamental to ensure the ideal environment, requiring infrastructure designs that leave no room for fluctuations.
Automation as a response to market challenges: The difficulty in attracting and retaining labor has been a growing pain in the sector, a scenario that may intensify with discussions about new work schedules. In this context, process automation becomes indispensable. Designing facilities that integrate smart systems and reduce manual human intervention is the safe path to maintaining high productivity.
IncubaFORUM also proved to be an excellent setting for strategic relationship building. The Clemar team had the opportunity to interact intensely with historical clients, new partners, and the main technology suppliers that make up the execution of cutting-edge hatchery projects.
Clemar's presence at this event reinforces our vocation to understand the real pain points of agribusiness. We continue to update our engineering solutions, ensuring that our clients have modern, safe facilities prepared for the challenges of today and tomorrow.
