Entering the job market is one of the most challenging and transformative moments in a young person's life. And for this first step to be taken with security and real learning opportunities, the integration between the school environment and the corporate world is fundamental. Believing in this potential, Clemar Engenharia participated, this Monday (June 15th), in the Opening Ceremony of the PIT (Work Initiation Program), promoted by CIEE (Company-School Integration Center), in Florianópolis.
The event brought together partner companies and local authorities to debate the importance of professional qualification for youth. During the ceremony, Clemar was invited to share a bit of its practical journey with the inclusion of young people. Our team was able to expose the experiences and valuable learnings acquired on a daily basis with the Apprentice Program (Jovem Aprendiz) at our headquarters. Much more than fulfilling a legal requirement, welcoming these young people is a continuous opportunity for renewal, where they acquire their first corporate background, while the company gains from new ideas, energy, and diversity.
The relevance of the CIEE's PIT program was endorsed by the presence of important public and institutional figures. The event was attended by the Mayor of Florianópolis, the President of the CDL (Chamber of Shopkeepers), and representatives of the Public Prosecution Office, reinforcing that youth development is a shared responsibility throughout society.
For Clemar Engenharia, being part of this ecosystem and collaborating with CIEE reaffirms our commitment to social responsibility. We will continue investing in people's development; after all, building a secure future starts from the ground up.
