The 3rd edition of SC Expo Defense, scheduled for May 16 and 17 at the headquarters of the Federation of Industries of SC (Fiesc) in Florianópolis, aims to strengthen the connection between the defense industry and the Armed Forces, highlighting critical innovations and technologies in the sector. The event will bring together exhibitors, including startups, who will present technological projects and products, promoting business rounds, lectures and an interactive stage to demonstrate solutions. The initiative reflects Brazil's new industrial policy, which prioritizes the development of the defense segment, attracting investment and resources for national industries. Companies such as Clemar Engineering, Intelbras and Emgepron have confirmed their presence, as well as representatives from the Navy, Army and Air Force.
