Clemar Promotes Occupational Safety Event at UIP

At Clemar Engenharia, we believe that workplace safety goes far beyond complying with regulations and using protective equipment; it is a culture of mutual care that must be cultivated every day. With this purpose, on April 28th, our Palhoça Industrial Unit (UIP) hosted a special event entirely dedicated to Occupational Safety. Organized with dedication by the Specialized Service in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine (SESMT), the meeting brought our employees together for a morning of awareness, integration, and recognition.
Building a safe environment starts with leadership’s example. Therefore, the event was opened by our CTO, Dalee, who highlighted the strategic importance of safety in our operations. The morning continued with the active participation of our directors and was concluded by Luana, UIP's Occupational Safety Technician (TST), who practically reminded everyone how attention to detail protects lives. The message was clear: safety is a shared responsibility, and every employee's participation is indispensable.
To ensure the message was absorbed in a light and relaxed way, the program included a pleasant breakfast, several interactive dynamics throughout the day, and even a photo booth, which provided special memories and great fun among the teams.

Employees Luana Souza (Climate Control), Alexandra (Celposte), Alessandra (PRI), and Rafaela (PRD) were presented with Nobuck safety footwear.
